Transfer Surfaces ? A fridge ?

Hi! I'm trying to transfer from projected Super8 to miniDV. Should I project onto a movie screen (big image) or a little viewer/mirror thingy (small image?) I also heard that a white fridge is really good, since it bounces more light back than a wall. Anyone with experience to share ?

I have done like this: white paper to a wall, projector and camera to about 1,5m from the paper. The size of the image I projected to the paper was about A4.
I've done this 3 times (transferred 40 rolls) and I like the quality. (it's Lo-Fi, it looks VERY super 8)
